Summer 2013 Airfare Voucher – CEA is offering a promo code worth no more than $500 in airfare voucher or credit from StudentUniverse, or a reasonably equivalent value offer substituted by CEA in its discretion, to the first 200 students who meet all of the requirements for the Summer 2013 Promotion set forth below (Eligible Students). Eligible Students are solely responsible for all expenses not expressly included in the airfare voucher or credit, including without limitation to taxes and gratuities. Eligible Students may be required to pay for full airfare amount upfront, and then receive a credit from StudentUniverse later.  Credits from StudentUniverse are typically processed in 3-7 business days. CEA's student advisors are available to discuss the details of the airfare purchase process by phone or email.

Eligible Students are solely responsible for all expenses not expressly included in the airfare voucher or credit, including without limitation to taxes and gratuities. Eligible Students may be required to pay for full airfare amount upfront, and then receive a credit from StudentUniverse later.  Credits from StudentUniverse are typically processed in 3-7 business days. CEA's student advisors are available to discuss the details of the airfare purchase process by phone or email.

Eligibility

Summer 2013 Applicants

• The Summer 2013 Promotion is only available for students applying to a CEA Summer 2013 standard program. For a complete list of programs click, CEA Summer 2013 programs.
• Not valid with any other CEA promotional offers or discounts.
• Applicant must be a student enrolled at a U.S. or Canadian university at the time of application.
• CEA is offering a promo code worth no more than $500 in airfare voucher or credit from StudentUniverse to the first 200 students who apply online to an eligible CEA Summer 2013 program before January 31st, 2013.
• Applicants may only apply once for this promotion, and may not apply for more than one CEA promotional offer.
• Unique promotion codes will be issued to each Eligible Student on or after the withdrawal date of the applicant’s eligible Summer 2013 program.
• All vouchers have an expiration date, and Eligible Students must redeem voucher by the end date of their CEA Summer 2013 program.
• Applicants can only apply by enrolling in an eligible CEA Summer 2013 Program by the promotion deadline, and must use promo code SUMMER13 at the time of application.
• In order to use the promo code, the following criteria must be met:
• Withdrawal date for applicant’s eligible CEA Summer 2013 program has passed
• Applicant's payment status is in good standing with CEA or paid in full
• Applicants who complete an application prior to or after the timeframe of the promotion, will not be eligible, and will not be entitled to any price adjustment or refund of payments made to CEA for enrollment in an eligible CEA Summer 2013 program.

• CEA is offering a promo code worth no more than $1,200 in airfare voucher or credit from StudentUniverse to the first 200 students who apply online to an eligible CEA Fall 2013 program before January 31st, 2013.

Determination of Recipients
Eligible Students will be determined according to when CEA receives their application at the time of their enrollment in an eligible CEA Summer or Fall 2013 program, which will be time stamped by the CEA System at the time of receipt. This time is according to the Mountain Time Zone. CEA typically notifies Eligible Students by email of their status within five business days of application and enrollment in an eligible CEA Summer or Fall 2013 program. CEA is not responsible for technical difficulties and shall not be liable for early, late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to submit an application. Recipients must meet all eligibility requirements prescribed for their specific program. CEA reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.

Publicity
*Except as prohibited by applicable law, by applying to an eligible CEA Summer or Fall 2013 program, each Eligible Student agrees that CEA and any advertising or promotion company CEA selects, may use Eligible Student's name, likeness, and additional information concerning the Eligible Student, such as hometowns and states, for CEA's advertising purposes in any media worldwide, without compensation other than this promotion. By using the promotional code, each Eligible Student agrees that CEA may, in its sole discretion, (a) notify Eligible Student's college that Eligible Student applied to an eligible CEA Summer or Fall 2013 program and is eligible to receive this promotion, (b) send out press releases, and (c) announce the Eligible Student's eligibility for this promotion in the CEA Study Abroad e-newsletter. CEA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of this discount offer, or in the announcement of Eligible Students.

Release
CEA assumes no responsibility for any losses, claims, damages or injuries resulting from participating in this promotion or receiving, accepting, or utilizing StudentUniverse airfare credits. By receiving, accepting, or utilizing StudentUniverse airfare voucher or credit, Eligible Students agree to release and hold harmless CEA and its employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from and against any and all losses, claims, injuries, causes of action and damages (including, without limitation, direct, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary or punitive damages) arising out of or related to participation in CEA's promotion or the acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of the StudentUniverse airfare voucher or credit. In no event shall CEA be liable to any applicant or Eligible Student for more than the amount paid by CEA to StudentUniverse for the travel voucher or credit.

Disputes
Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the meaning and interpretation of these Official Rules, the administration of this promotion, the determination of Eligible Students, the award of the StudentUniverse airfare vouchers or credits, or the rights and obligations of any recipient and CEA concerning StudentUniverse airfare vouchers or credits, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Furthermore, any action or proceeding arising from or related to these Official Rules shall be brought in a federal or state court located in Maricopa County, Arizona and its jurisdiction.
