Southern Illinois University Edwardsville has partnered with CEA to offer students the opportunity to experience Seville, Spain.
With a population less than 1 million, Seville offers you a small-town feel compared to Madrid and Barcelona. Located in Southern Spain, Seville is considered the guardian of all that is traditional Andalusian culture. Seville has a very centralized historic district, the largest in Europe, which is very pedestrian friendly. Renowned as the birthplace of flamenco dance, Seville also is home to stunning architecture, including the world’s largest Gothic cathedral, La Giralda, and the Alcazar – a 14th Century palace.
