TEMPE, Ariz. (Sept. 1, 2009) — CEA Global Education Solutions is expanding its worldwide academic offerings through a new partnership with Anglo-American University (AAU) in Prague, Czech Republic. Building on a previous collaboration, the enhanced agreement highlights CEA’s and AAU’s shared commitment to academic excellence and entrepreneurship in education. AAU has been named as CEA's first Global Alliance partner, setting it apart from other international partnerships.

Based in Tempe, Ariz., CEA is an international leader and innovator in providing quality study abroad programs for college students. Over the past 12 years, the company has helped nearly 20,000 students realize their study abroad dreams in 30 cities and 16 countries worldwide.

Located in Prague’s historic Mala Strana quarter, Anglo-American University (AAU) is the oldest private university in the Czech Republic. AAU’s English-language instruction, diverse curriculum, high academic standards and outstanding facilities make it a compelling asset to CEA’s network of university partnerships.

"CEA is pleased to extend our relationship with Anglo-American University to offer U.S. students more variety in their courses and curricula in Prague," said Brian Boubek, CEA’s chairman and CEO. "AAU is an ideal partner, offering quality academics in an environment that brings U.S., Czech and international students together in the classroom."

This Global Alliance allows U.S. students to receive a high-quality education while experiencing the rich culture of Prague. CEA’s study abroad programs provide students exposure to international job markets and a path to future career opportunities through international education.

"CEA is a forward-thinking, international education company that has distinguished itself through quality academic programs and superior service for U.S. students," said Dr. Alan Krautstengl, president of AAU. "Students from all over the world come to study at AAU and our location is an ideal place from which to explore the rest of Europe. We welcome CEA as our Global Alliance study abroad partner."

University representatives, students and parents can visit the CEA Web site at www.GoWithCEA.com or call 1-800-266-4441 for more information on Prague and other study abroad programs.
