Senior Manager of Human Resources
Michelle Sparrow is a human resources professional with over 15 years experience in the field. Her expertise includes recruiting; benefits administration; coaching, development, and training of managers and staff; development and implementation of effective performance management programs and policy administration.
Most recently, Ms. Sparrow worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Resources Global Professionals. Prior to that position, the majority of her experience has been working for law firms. She also has human resources experience in the healthcare, staffing services, and manufacturing industries.
Ms. Sparrow earned her Business Administration/Human Resources B.A. degree from the University of Texas of Dallas. In 2001, she earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management.
