In keeping with CEA's mission of democratizing study abroad and improving student access while providing the exceptional service for which CEA has become known, we ask that our affiliates work with us to expose their campuses and colleagues to CEA programs and facilitate credit and financial aid transfer where feasible.
Display Literature
Maintain CEA literature available for students, display CEA posters where appropriate on campus, and add a link to CEA's website on the school's website.
Transfer Credit
Assist students in transferring academic credit from classes taken on CEA study abroad programs.
Process Financial Aid
Facilitate, when possible, the transfer of financial aid for its eligible students who wish to study abroad on a CEA program.
Promote Visits
Help with arrangements for CEA representatives who wish to meet with prospective students. This would include participation in study abroad fairs, classroom/office visits or tables on campus, when appropriate.
Program Approval
You may choose to provide students access to all our programs, or only affiliate around selected countries, cities or programs.
