She has also spent some time in Haiti and continues to work supporting Haitian artisans and education. Her own professional experiences began in marketing and research and include many years in voice information technology support, training and customer service. For the past several years, she has worked for Northcentral University, a 100% online University specializing in doctoral programs, directing in areas of advisement, specifically with International students, enrollment and new student success. She also served as NCU’s NAFSA representative.
Translating her love of the international into her own academic experience, Jacqueline completed her MIM (MBA) at the Thunderbird School of Global Management (AZ). During her own undergraduate experience, while achieving her BSBA in Marketing at the University of Missouri - Columbia (MO), she spent a summer studying in France. She is excited to be facilitating a similar rewarding experience for others. Jacqueline speaks French and Haitian Creole and is always looking to improve her Spanish and Italian language skills.
