Irina Capaldi
Regional Consultant
As a Regional Consultant Irina Capaldi works closely with university advisors, faculty and staff to support the student exploration, advising and registration processes as well as to identify ways in which CEA can assist in the success of the campus' agenda for internationalization.
Irina joined CEA with over 15 years experience within the cultural exchange industry. Since the beginning of her career, she has served the needs of international and domestic students alike in their pursuit of global educational and professional exchange programs. Irina has a great deal of experience in higher education administration holding previous posts as the Assistant Dean of International and Undergraduate Admission at Widener University (DE) and the Director of International Marketing at Goldey–Beacom College (DE). Irina has also worked as a Professional Consultant mentoring and providing support for various organizations desiring to develop their opportunities within the global arena. Her business and community outreach initiatives have taken her on an extensive global journey to over 56 countries around the world including her native country, Ukraine.
Irina holds a MBA and B.S. in Management from Goldey-Beacom College (DE). She also holds professional membership with NAFSA: Association of International Educators and is an active member of the Phi Beta Delta Honor Society for International Scholars.
