Official Refer-A-Friend Rules

CEA - Cultural Experiences Abroad Refer-a-Friend program will award $100 per referral to any CEA participant (Referrer) whose referrals (Referee) attend a CEA study abroad program. This offer is valid for current, past and future CEA study abroad program participants.

• For each referral who attends a CEA program, you will receive:
  • A check for $100 (Reward), regardless of their program session.
• The following rules apply to receive this special offer:
  • The Referee must be referred by the Referrer prior to being in contact with CEA; or
  • The Referee must enter the full name, CEA study abroad program destination and if possible session of the Referrer in the appropriate section of their CEA Application.
  • Information provided by the Referee will supersede information submitted by another party.
  • Referrer can refer multiple students.
  • Referee can only be referred by a single participant.
  • Referee cannot refer the person who referred them. Whoever indicates the referral first will be eligible for the Reward.
  • Referrer cannot have any balance owed to CEA in order to receive the reward. All balances must be paid in full prior to reward distribution.
  • Both the Referee and the Referrer must attend a CEA study abroad program.
  • The Reward will be delivered by post to the Referrer within 180 days of both the Referrer and the Referee having completed their CEA programs.
  • CEA will use the permanent address on file for the Referrer for reward distribution. CEA is not responsible for incorrect or invalid addresses supplied by Referrer. CEA is not responsible if the reward is mailed to the Referrer, but never arrives in the post.   • This offer is not valid for CEA employees or CEA employee family members.
  • CEA reserves the right to change the Reward and/or the Reward amount, the promotion rules, and/or cancel this promotion at any time.
