Barcelona at Capacity - Call CEA
 |
Spring programs in Barcelona have reached capacity.
What Does It Mean?
In order to maintain the quality of our programs, we’ve established a maximum number of participants for each CEA program. Barcelona programs closed early based on the number of students who have already confirmed.
You Don't Have To Miss Out
In a situation like this, CEA runs a waitlist. Should any space in the program become available, we will allow students from the waitlist to apply and confirm in the order from which they were added to the list. Call today to add your name to the waitlist or to discuss other great study abroad programs that may meet your needs in ways you didn't expect. Don't worry, you can apply and confirm for another CEA program and remain on the Barcelona waitlist.

Alternative Options
Other CEA programs are still open for the spring. To get you started, here are a few programs to think about:
As the capital of Spain, Madrid is the most cosmopolitan Spanish city and much like Barcelona, offers all the components of big city excitement. Programs here offer coursework in a wide range of fields similar to those found in Barcelona and are open to all language levels.
Granada celebrates Spanish traditions with festivals throughout the year and its Arabic influence through architecture and cuisine. Programs offered here are prefect for every language level, focusing on language acquisition/refinement and cultural studies.
Salamanca was named the European Capital of Culture and is known for its pure spoken Castilian Spanish. Programs here are great for students interested in studying the language, learning about Hispanic culture, and even allowing advanced students to take courses with nationals.
Seville is a unique city that provides a taste of quintessential Spain through flamenco, fiestas and many other traditions. Much like our partner institutions in Barcelona, you can focus on your language skills and/or participate in a variety of electives instructed in English.
If you were interested in Barcelona for its coastal setting, Alicante is a great Mediterranean alternative. Here you can polish your Spanish language skills while simultaneously enhancing your understanding of Spanish culture.
Known as the most European of Latin American cities, Buenos Aires offers as much art, culture and history as Barcelona. Programs here enable you to take courses in Spanish or English where you can focus on the language and culture of the region.
English-Speaking Countries
We also have full-curriculum programs in Sydney,
Australia, Brighton, England,
London, England, Cork,
Ireland, and Galway, Ireland
still available for spring.
