Position Description - Demand Generation Manager

Position Summary
CEA is a leading global education provider with seven campuses worldwide and 40 additional partner programs located throughout Eastern and Western Europe, Latin America, Australia, South Africa and China. The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for successfully planning and managing highly effective lead generation programs that support the company’s enrollment efforts. This person must be able to manage through an agency as well as plan and execute media campaigns in-house. The successful candidate must be passionate about online lead generation and be able to consistently deliver high-quality leads through cost effective campaigns and successful conversion optimization strategies to meet the company’s pipeline enrollment goals.

Accountabilities
- Lead generation to meet budget, revenue and profitability goals
- Conversion optimization to ensure highest yield from investment
Activities
- Responsible for all media activities (in-house or through an agency): Paid Search, SEO , Banner display, Print, Directory Listings, Email, Social Media
- Budget/reforecast management
- Agency management (contract, accountabilities, reporting, approvals, goals, growth, metrics)
- Metrics management (lead goals / enrollment goals / profitability management)
- In-house direct buys (negotiating/renegotiation, creative trafficking, measurement/reporting, optimization)
- Responsible for optimizing conversions
- Working with agency and internal resources to ensure website(s) are optimized for search engines
- Working with agency and internal resources to ensure website(s) is optimized for visitor conversions (content messaging, landing page design, lead capture optimization)
- Working with agency and internal resources to ensure ad messaging/placements are on target and meeting goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience in Demand Generation in higher-education student target market segment
- Proven track-record of planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns with high ROI
- Expert ability to evaluate media plans effectively and consistently negotiate the best opportunities for meeting aggressive lead generation and enrollment goals
- Proven experience buying media in target category and strong grasp of digital media opportunities that appeal to target market.
- Experience using SFDC or other CRM package to capture, track and report on leads
- Proficiency in web analytical tools
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
- Ability to analyze data from various channels and prepare executive summary findings and recommendation reporting for presentation to CEA management team including daily, weekly, monthly reporting
- Must be able to think strategically and also be able to execute tactically
- Ability to learn quickly and deliver results immediately
- Creative, innovative, self-starter that can work successfully in a group or individually
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Continually monitor, analyze and fine tune campaigns to maximize ROI
- Deliver regular campaign activity and performance reports to summarize results
- Plan, manage and implement the demand generation budget
