How To Apply - Study Abroad in Aix-en-Provence with Kapi'olani Community College

Step One: Interested? Let us know!

First, indicate your interest in studying abroad with your Kapi'olani Community College's faculty-led or group program and CEA by completing the "Create a MyCEA Account" form on this page. Once you have created your MyCEA Account, your CEA Advisor will contact you to discuss the program and application process.

Next, contact your university study abroad office or the professor leading the program to indicate your interest in the program and complete any screening and application requirements for the program.

Step Two: Apply Online

Follow the KCC Application Instructions.

Work with your CEA Advisor to complete the CEA online application through MyCEA Account. Contact your CEA Advisor with any questions.

Using your online MyCEA Account you will need to submit the following:

• Completed CEA online application by April 1, 2010
• $300 non-refundable program confirmation by April 1, 2010
• $300 refundable security deposit by April 20, 2010
• Remaining balance of program fee by April 20, 2010

Step Three: Finish the Paperwork

You will be assigned a CEA Site Specialist to assist you in ensuring you have all the necessary documents submitted before your program begins. You will most likely be required to submit the following:

• KCC Tuition by May 28, 2010
• KCC Agreement and Release Form
• KCC Academic Reference Form
• Passport Information
• Passport Information
• Medical Questionnaire
• Visa information (if applicable)
• Medical Questionnaire
• Housing Application
• Emergency Contact Information
• HTH Health Insurance Registration
• State Department Registration
• Flight details (within 21 days of departure)
