Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Jul 07, 2007	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Juan Santamaria Airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the CEA Office/Residencia Tierrasol where they will be picked up by their respective families.
Jul 08, 2007	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Jul 09, 2007	Orientation Mandatory Veritas University Orientation will be held.
Jul 09, 2007	Placement Exam Placement Exam for Veritas University will be held on this day.
Jul 10, 2007	Classes Begin Classes begin at Veritas University on this day.
Jul 13, 2007	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add Language classes.
Jul 13, 2007 - Jul 15, 2007	Excursion CEA Excursion to Manuel Antonio.
Jul 20, 2007	Midterm Exams Midterm language exams will be held.
Jul 21, 2007	Excursion CEA Excursion to Poas Volcano.
Aug 03, 2007	Classes End This is the last day of classes at Veritas University.
Aug 03, 2007	Final Exams Final language exams will be held.
Aug 04, 2007	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
