Below is a basic itinerary for this program. A detailed itinerary will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Aug 30, 2008	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their respective housing.
Aug 31, 2008	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Sep 01, 2008	Classes Begin Classes begin at Veritas University on this day.
Sep 01, 2008	Orientation Mandatory Veritas Orientation will be held.
Sep 01, 2008	Placement Exam Placement Exam for Veritas will be held on this day.
Sep 05, 2008	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add language classes.
Oct 03, 2008 - Oct 05, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to Puerto Viejo.
Oct 11, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to Poas Volcano.
Oct 12, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to Tortuga Island.
Oct 18, 2008 - Oct 19, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to Arenal Volcano.
Dec 19, 2008	Classes End This is the last day of classes at Veritas University.
Dec 20, 2008	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
