Sep 26, 2009	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in San Jose on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the CEA office and/or their assigned housing.
Sep 27, 2009	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Sep 28, 2009	Orientation Mandatory Veritas Orientation will be held.
Sep 28, 2009	Placement Exam Placement Exam for Veritas University will be held on this day.
Sep 29, 2009	Classes Begin Classes begin at Veritas University on this day.
Oct 02, 2009	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add elective classes.
Oct 02, 2009	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop or change language classes.
Oct 02, 2009 - Oct 04, 2009	Excursion CEA Excursion to Puerto Viejo Beach.
Oct 09, 2009	Midterm Exams Midterm language exams will be held.
Oct 10, 2009	Excursion CEA Excursion to TBD.
Oct 11, 2009	Excursion CEA Excursion to TBD.
Oct 17, 2009	Excursion CEA Excursion to TBD.
Oct 23, 2009	Final Exams Final language exams will be held at Veritas.
Nov 06, 2009	Midterm Exams Midterm language exams will be held.
Nov 20, 2009	Final Exams Final language exams will be held.
Dec 04, 2009	Midterm Exams Midterm language exams will be held.
Dec 18, 2009	Final Exams Final exams will be held this day.
Dec 19, 2009	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
