Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates Events
May 01, 2010 Arrival/Program Begins
Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in San Jose on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the CEA office and/or their assigned housing.
May 02, 2010 Orientation
Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
May 03, 2010 Orientation
Mandatory Veritas Orientation will be held.
May 03, 2010 Placement Exam
Placement Exam for Veritas University will be held on this day.
May 04, 2010 Classes Begin
Classes begin at Veritas University on this day.
May 07, 2010 Drop/Add Deadline
This is the last day to drop or change language classes.
May 14, 2010 Midterm Exams
Midterm language exams will be held.
May 28, 2010 Final Exams
Final language exams will be held at Veritas.
May 29, 2010 Program Ends/Move-Out
Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
