Below is a basic itinerary for this program. A detailed itinerary will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 31, 2009	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Ruzyni Internacional Airport (PRG) on this date by 6 PM local time in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Feb 01, 2009	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held. Welcome Dinner will follow.
Feb 02, 2009	Orientation Mandatory University of Economics Orientation will be held.
Feb 09, 2009	Classes Begin Spring Classes begin at the University of Economics on this day.
Feb 19, 2009	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add Spring classes.
Apr 13, 2009	Holiday Easter Monday. No classes will be held.
May 01, 2009	Holiday Labor Day. No classes will be held.
May 04, 2009 - May 07, 2009	Final Exams Final exams will be held.
May 07, 2009	Classes End This is the last day of Spring classes at the University of Economics.
May 08, 2009	Holiday Liberation Day.
May 08, 2009	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students may leave on this day.
May 13, 2009	Program Ends/Move-Out Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
