Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Feb 04, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Prague Ruzyne airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Feb 05, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Feb 05, 2010	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held.
Feb 08, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at AAU on this day.
Feb 19, 2010	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add classes at AAU.
Apr 05, 2010 - Apr 09, 2010	School Break AAU is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
May 14, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at AAU.
May 17, 2010 - May 21, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at AAU.
May 22, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
