Description
This course introduces students to the pleasures and rewards of creative writing, using London as a context and stimulus. It explores the nature of imaginative language, applying it to the three core fictional genres: prose fiction, poetry and drama). The course is structured around practical writing workshops and incorporates visits to historical and aesthetic venues in London to draw on their history and significance as source material for students' work.
