Student arriving before 6 p.m. on the start date of their program will be greeted at the London Heathrow (LHR) airport by a friendly CEA representative, who will take you to your CEA housing.

CEA offers an in-depth welcome orientation for the students in your program. CEA staff host a reception, where you'll meet your group, as well as go over what you need to know about living in London and attending your host academic institution. Topics will cover a variety of subjects including:
- Walking tour of Central London to help familiarize you with your campus and its nearby amenities
- High Tea to put you in an English frame of mind!
- Local customs
- Extracurricular activities
- CEA policies
- Health and safety information
CEA Global Education takes care of administrative and registration processes, as well as payment of tuition fees, at the academic institution in London on behalf of students.

Our London staff resides and works locally in London. They'll meet you at the airport, provide you with valuable information about the city and guide you through acclimating to your new and exciting surroundings.

- Various tours for example: A museum or Gallery, the BBC Broadcasting or TV Studios
- A Bus tour of London’s most famous sights
- A Premier League Soccer match
- A Rugby match
- Visit one of London’s many markets

CEA's London Staff organizes opportunities for you to socialize and interact with your classmates and other London students in more casual settings. Examples include:
- Welcome reception and student introductions
- Picnics in London’s many beautiful parks
- Pub Quiz evening
- Comedy club night
- Ale tasting
- Farewell event, for example a typical English Pie and Mash or Roast Dinner
It's important to stay connected while abroad, so CEA has arranged for you to have a cell phone to use during your time in London. We've covered the rental and shipping fees and incoming calls are always free, so you only pay for the calls you make! Just be sure to order your phone before you leave home so you can take it with you.

Once you complete your CEA program, you will receive one official transcript from your academic institution in London as a part of your program price. You may opt to have this transcript automatically sent to your home institution 90 days after completion of your program and payment of any/all outstanding fees.
