Mr. Kerr now serves as the Regional Director for European Programs where he continues to provide leadership for the functions listed above, but in a larger capacity across Europe. Mr. Kerr earned an M.A. in Slavic languages from Glasgow University in Scotland. He speaks French, Russia, Polish and German. He is a keen runner and has completed 10 full marathons, with a best time of under 3 hours and 30 minutes. He always carries his sneakers on his travels and loves running along the remnants of the Berlin Wall at the East Side Gallery, along Nevsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg, or down the Golden Mile and across Charles Bridge to finish at the CEA office in the historical Mala Strana district of Prague.
