Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Apr 23, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Lyon Saint Exupery Airport (LYS) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Apr 24, 2010	Orientation MandatoryCEA Orientation will be held.
Apr 24, 2010	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
Apr 26, 2010	Placement Exam Placement Exam for the Centre Universitaire d'Etudes Françaises (CUEF) will be held on this day.
Apr 27, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at the CUEF on this day.
May 13, 2010	Holiday Ascension. No classes will be held.
May 20, 2010	Farewell Reception CEA Farewell Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
May 24, 2010	Holiday Pentecôte. No classes will be held.
May 28, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the CUEF.
May 29, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
