Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 27, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Lyon Saint Exupery Airport ( LYS) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jan 28, 2010	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
Jan 28, 2010 - Jan 29, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Feb 01, 2010	Placement Exam Placement Exam for the CUEF will be held on this day.
Feb 02, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at the CUEF on this day.
Mar 13, 2010 - Mar 14, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Aix en Provence.
Apr 05, 2010	Holiday Easter Monday. No classes will be held.
Apr 24, 2010 - Apr 25, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Geneva, Switzerland.
May 07, 2010 - May 09, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Paris.
May 20, 2010	Farewell Reception CEA Farewell Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
May 28, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the CUEF.
May 29, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
