Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 13, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Lyon Saint Exupery Airport (LYS) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jan 14, 2010	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
Jan 14, 2010 - Jan 15, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Jan 18, 2010	Placement Exam Placement Exam for the Centre Universitaire d'Etudes Françaises ( CUEF) will be held on this day.
Jan 19, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at the CUEF on this day.
Mar 13, 2010 - Mar 14, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Aix en Provence.
Apr 05, 2010	Holiday Easter Monday. No classes will be held.
Apr 19, 2010 - Apr 23, 2010	School Break CUEF is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held. (Estimated dates)
Apr 24, 2010 - Apr 25, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Geneva, Switzerland
May 07, 2010 - May 09, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Paris.
May 14, 2010 - May 19, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at CUEF.
May 19, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at CUEF.
May 20, 2010	Farewell Reception CEA Farewell Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
May 22, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
