Dates	Events
May 17, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Lyon Saint Exupery Airport ( LYS) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the hotel/their assigned housing.
May 18, 2010 - May 19, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
May 20, 2010	Welcome Reception Grenoble Ecole de Management ( GEM) Welcome Reception will be held at the Bastille.
May 21, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at GEM on this day.
May 21, 2010	Orientation Mandatory GEM Orientation will be held.
May 21, 2010	Placement Exam Placement Exam for GEM French classes will be held on this day.
May 28, 2010	Excursion GEM Excursion to Annecy.
May 29, 2010 - May 31, 2010	Excursion GEM Weekend Excursion to Paris.
Jun 05, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Vienne, France.
Jun 08, 2010	Cultural Activity CEA-Creative Expression Session.( Art-Literature-Cuisine-Debate)
Jun 10, 2010 - Jun 11, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at GEM.
Jun 11, 2010	Farewell Reception GEM Farewell Reception will be held at Sassenage Castle.
Jun 12, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
