Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
May 26, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Lyon Saint Exupery Airport (LYS) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
May 27, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
May 27, 2010	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
May 31, 2010	Placement Exam Placement Exam for the Centre Universitaire d'Etudes Françaises (CUEF) will be held on this day.
Jun 01, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at the CUEF on this day.
Jun 05, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Vienne, France.
Jun 08, 2010	Cultural Activity CEA Creative Expression Session- (discussions, art projects, cuisine, debates).
Jun 12, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to : ( Precise location and date to be determined).
Jun 25, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of June classes at the CUEF.
Jun 28, 2010 - Jul 05, 2010	School Break The CUEF will have one week off between June and July classes.
Jul 05, 2010	Classes Begin Classes resume at the CUEF on this day.
Jul 10, 2010	Excursion CEA /CUEFExcursion to: Precise location and date to be determined.
Jul 14, 2010	Holiday Fête National Française. No classes will be held.
Jul 23, 2010	Cultural Activity Afternoon hike or other activity.
Jul 24, 2010	Excursion CEA CUEF Excursion to: (Precise location and date to be determined).
Jul 28, 2010	Farewell Reception CEA Farewell Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
Jul 30, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the CUEF.
Jul 31, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
