Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Sep 01, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Lyon Saint Exupery Airport ( LYS) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Sep 02, 2010	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
Sep 02, 2010 - Sep 03, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Sep 06, 2010	Placement Exam Placement Exam for the Centre Universitaire d' Etudes Françaises ( CUEF) will be held on this day.
Sep 07, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at the CUEF on this day.
Sep 13, 2010	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add classes at the CUEF.
Oct 16, 2010 - Oct 17, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to south of France.
Nov 01, 2010	Holiday All Saints Day. No classes will be held.
Nov 05, 2010 - Nov 07, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Paris.
Nov 11, 2010	Holiday Armistice Day. No classes will be held.
Dec 04, 2010 - Dec 05, 2010	Excursion CEA Excursion to Avignon.
Dec 15, 2010	Farewell Reception CEA Farewell Reception will be held at a local restaurant.
Dec 17, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the CUEF.
Dec 18, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
