Paris Programs

Global Campus Programs

Our Global Campus in Paris offers the familiarity of an American university setting as well as the benefit of our local resident staff and faculty's expertise on living and learning abroad. Designed to help turn Paris into your living classroom, this program's curriculum will connect your course objectives directly to what you see, do and experience through class activities, excursions, behind-the-scenes tours and guest speakers. Courses are taught in English, with the exception of French language courses, and transcribed by the University of New Haven, an accredited U.S. university.

Global Partner Programs

Envie d’améliorer votre français? CEA’s Global Partners – the Sorbonne and the Institute Catholique de Paris – offer intensive French-language programs, from beginner to advanced levels. Once in Paris, a CEA coordinator will assist you in selecting your courses, completing the French language placement examination and discovering your new university campus. Throughout the semester you'll study at a local university campus, and benefit from CEA-organized cultural activities, excursions, student housing and local resident staff support.

Hybrid Programs

Maybe you are seduced by the idea of an intensive French language course but prefer to take your elective courses in English? No problem. CEA proposes a dual-enrollment option that incorporates an intensive French course (10 hours per week) at the Sorbonne plus one or two electives at the Global Campus. You will therefore learn French alongside students from around the world plus benefit from English-language courses representing a variety of disciplines at the Global Campus.
