Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Aug 25, 2008	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the CEA GlobalCampus for a brief orientation and then to their assigned housing.
Aug 27, 2008 - Aug 30, 2008	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held, including a tour of Paris.
Sep 01, 2008	Classes Begin Classes begin at the CEA GlobalCampus: Paris on this day.
Sep 04, 2008	Classes Begin Classes begin at the Sorbonne on this day.
Sep 05, 2008	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add classes at the CEA GlobalCampus: Paris.
Oct 13, 2008 - Oct 17, 2008	Midterm Exams Midterm exams will be held at the CEA GlobalCampus: Paris.
Nov 10, 2008 - Nov 11, 2008	School Break School is closed for Fall Break at the Sorbonne. No Sorbonne classes will be held.
Nov 10, 2008 - Nov 14, 2008	School Break School is closed for Fall Break at the CEA GlobalCampus: Paris. No classes will be held.
Nov 28, 2008	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the Sorbonne.
Nov 29, 2008 - Dec 04, 2008	Final Exams Final exams will be held at the Sorbonne.
Dec 15, 2008 - Dec 19, 2008	Final Exams Final exams will be held at the CEA GlobalCampus: Paris.
Dec 19, 2008	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the CEA GlobalCampus: Paris.
Dec 20, 2008	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
