Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 19, 2009	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to CEA Center for a brief orientation and then to their assigned housing.
Jan 20, 2009 - Jan 23, 2009	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held, including a tour of Paris.
Jan 26, 2009	Classes Begin Classes begin at CEA GlobalCampus: Paris on this day.
Jan 30, 2009	Change of Course Petition Deadline This is the last day on which to file a Change of Course Petition at the CEA GlobalCampus:Paris.
Feb 20, 2009	Course Withdrawal Deadline This is the last day on which students can withdraw from a course at the CEA GlobalCampus:Paris and receive a "W".
Mar 16, 2009 - Mar 20, 2009	Midterm Exams Midterm exams will be held.
Apr 11, 2009 - Apr 19, 2009	School Break School is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
May 01, 2009	Holiday Labor Day. No classes will be held.
May 08, 2009	Holiday VE Day. No classes will be held.
May 11, 2009 - May 15, 2009	Final Exams Final exams will be held.
May 15, 2009	Classes End This is the last day of Spring semester classes at CEA GlobalCampus: Paris
May 16, 2009	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
