Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 25, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to CEA Center for a brief orientation and then to their assigned housing.
Jan 26, 2010 - Jan 29, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held, including a tour of Paris.
Feb 01, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at CEA GlobalCampus: Paris on this day.
Feb 05, 2010	Change of Course Petition Deadline This is the last day on which to file a Change of Course Petition at the CEA GlobalCampus:Paris.
Feb 26, 2010	Course Withdrawal Deadline This is the last day on which students can withdraw from a course at the CEA GlobalCampus:Paris and receive a "W".
Mar 15, 2010 - Mar 19, 2010	Midterm Exams Midterm exams will be held at the CEA GlobalCampus:Paris.
Apr 05, 2010	Holiday Easter Monday. No classes will be held.
Apr 09, 2010	Make-Up Class Make-Up class at the CEA GlobalCampus:Paris for Easter Monday Holiday.
Apr 19, 2010 - Apr 23, 2010	School Break School is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held at the CEA GlobalCampus:Paris.
May 13, 2010	Holiday Ascension Day. No classes will be held. CEA GlobalCampus Reading Day.
May 14, 2010 - May 15, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at the CEA GlobalCampus: Paris.
May 17, 2010 - May 21, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at the CEA GlobalCampus:Paris.
May 21, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of Spring semester classes at CEA GlobalCampus: Paris
May 22, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
