Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 25, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to CEA Center for a brief orientation and then to their assigned housing.
Jan 26, 2010 - Jan 29, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held, including a tour of Paris.
Feb 11, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at the Sorbonne on this day.
Apr 05, 2010	Holiday Easter Monday. No classes will be held.
Apr 19, 2010 - Apr 30, 2010	School Break The Sorbonne is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
May 13, 2010	Holiday Ascension Day. No classes will be held.
May 22, 2010 - May 28, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at the Sorbonne.
May 24, 2010	Holiday Pentecost Monday. No classes will be held at the Sorbonne.
May 28, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the Sorbonne.
May 29, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
