Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Feb 15, 2011	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to CEA Center for a brief orientation and then to their assigned housing.
Feb 16, 2011 - Feb 18, 2011	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held, including a tour of Paris.
Feb 21, 2011	Classes Begin Classes begin at the Institut Catholique on this day.
Apr 18, 2011 - Apr 29, 2011	School Break The Institut Catholique is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
Jun 02, 2011	Holiday Ascension Day. No classes will be held.
Jun 13, 2011	Holiday Pentecost Monday. No classes will be held.
Jun 17, 2011	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the Institut Catholique
Jun 18, 2011	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
