Below is a basic itinerary for this program. A detailed itinerary will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 08, 2009	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Amerigo Vespucci (Peretola) Airport (FLR) - Florence on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jan 09, 2009	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Jan 10, 2009	Orientation Mandatory Academic GlobalCampus Orientation will be held.
Jan 12, 2009	Classes Begin Classes begin at CEA GlobalCampus on this day.
Jan 19, 2009	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add classes.
Feb 23, 2009 - Feb 26, 2009	Midterm Exams Midterm exams will be held.
Feb 27, 2009 - Mar 08, 2009	School Break School is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
Apr 13, 2009	Holiday Easter Monday. School is closed. No classes will be held.
Apr 27, 2009 - Apr 30, 2009	Final Exams Final exams will be held.
May 01, 2009	Holiday Labour Day. School is closed.
May 01, 2009	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
