Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Aug 27, 2009	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci, FLR) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Aug 28, 2009	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Sep 01, 2009 - Sep 04, 2009	Orientation Mandatory SRISA Orientation will be held.
Sep 07, 2009	Classes Begin Classes begin at SRISA on this day.
Oct 16, 2009 - Oct 25, 2009	School Break SRISA is closed for Fall Break. No classes will be held.
Dec 17, 2009	Classes End This is the last day of classes at SRISA.
Dec 18, 2009	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Fall 2009 End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
Jan 07, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Florence Amerigo Vespucci/Peretola Airport (FLR) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jan 08, 2010 - Jan 09, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA GlobalCampus Florence Orientation will be held.
Jan 12, 2010	Orientation Mandatory Santa Reparata International School of Art Orientation will be held.
Jan 13, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at SRISA on this day.
Mar 05, 2010 - Mar 14, 2010	School Break SRISA is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
Apr 30, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
