Housing Coordinator
As Housing Coordinator for Florence, Alessandra Mazzanti is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of housing and providing quality customer service to students. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing the best housing options available in the city, addressing and resolving all housing issues in a timely manner, implementing and enforcing CEA housing policies, and ensuring that appropriate and quality housing placements are made according to the needs of students and expectations of CEA. Alessandra also handles financial responsibilities in relation to housing.
Alessandra Mazzanti, a Florence native, worked for six years as Housing Coordinator and Secretary to the Italian Language department at an American study abroad program. With her strong language skills, she also taught French language courses for four years.
Alessandra's interest in working with people from around the world led her to complete a certificate in tourism. In 2005, Alessandra became a licensed tour guide. She enjoys discovering new locations and cultures, and in her free time she does just that—leading tour groups to destinations in Italy, Europe, and the US. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
