Alessandra Rossi
Student Services Coordinator
As the Student Services Coordinator for Florence, Alessandra Rossi is the primary contact for all issues related to student services. Alessandra assists in students' arrivals, orientation, excursions and activities, as well as addresses any questions or concerns a student may have. Alessandra also helps to keep the director informed and is responsible for responding to students inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Alessandra was born in Florence, where she has lived most of her life. With a long-held interest in global education, Alessandra’s experience with international students includes her role as Assistant Director at Pepperdine University and then as Student Advisor at Lorenzo de Medici School, both programs in Florence.
Alessandra specialized in foreign languages during a five-year course in Tourism Studies that she completed at the Istituto Tecnico del Turismo. Her studies in Foreign Languages and Literature at the University of Florence gave her the opportunity to study in London, Paris and Germany, allowing her to explore her passion for foreign cultures and diverse ways of thinking.
