Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Jan 13, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Leonardo Da Vinci Airport (FCO) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jan 14, 2010 - Jan 16, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Jan 15, 2010	Placement Exam Placement Exam for Italian will be held on this day.
Jan 18, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at the CEA GlobalCampus: Rome on this day.
Jan 21, 2010	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add classes at the CEA GlobalCampus: Rome.
Feb 12, 2010	Make-Up Class Make-up day for April 5th.
Mar 01, 2010 - Mar 04, 2010	Midterm Exams Midterm exams will be held at JCU.
Mar 08, 2010 - Mar 12, 2010	Midterm Exams Midterm exams will be held at CEA GlobalCampus: Rome.
Mar 22, 2010 - Mar 26, 2010	School Break The CEA GlobalCampus: Rome is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
Apr 05, 2010	Holiday Easter Monday. No classes will be held.
Apr 22, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at CEA.
Apr 26, 2010 - Apr 29, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at the CEA.
Apr 29, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at JCU.
May 02, 2010 - May 07, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at JCU.
May 08, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
