Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 12, 2011	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the FCO - Fiumicino Airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jan 13, 2011 - Jan 16, 2011	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Jan 17, 2011	Classes Begin Classes begin at CEA and JCU on this day.
Mar 21, 2011 - Mar 25, 2011	School Break CEA and JCU are closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
Apr 26, 2011 - Apr 29, 2011	Final Exams Final exams will be held at CEA.
Apr 30, 2011 - May 06, 2011	Final Exams Final exams will be held at JCU.
May 07, 2011	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
