Aug 30, 2011	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Fiumicino airport (FCO) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Aug 31, 2011 - Sep 02, 2011	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Sep 05, 2011	Classes Begin Classes begin at CEA and JCU on this day.
Sep 09, 2011	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add classes at JCU.
Sep 12, 2011	Change of Course Petition Deadline This is the last day on which to file a Change of Course Petition at the CEA GlobalCampus:Rome.
Sep 23, 2011	Make-Up Class Make-up day for November 1st holiday at CEA and JCU.
Sep 30, 2011	Course Withdrawal Deadline This is the last day on which students can withdraw from a course at the CEA GlobalCampus:Rome and receive a "W".
Oct 14, 2011	Make-Up Class Make up day at JCU for the November 24th holiday.
Oct 17, 2011 - Oct 20, 2011	Midterm Exams Midterm exams will be held at CEA and JCU.
Oct 22, 2011 - Oct 30, 2011	School Break CEA is closed for Fall Break. No classes will be held.
Nov 01, 2011	Holiday Feast of All Saints. No classes will be held.
Nov 18, 2011	Make-Up Class Make up day for the December 8th holiday at CEA and JCU.
Nov 24, 2011	Holiday Thanksgiving Day. No classes will be held at JCU.
Dec 08, 2011	Holiday Feast of the Immaculate Conception. No classes will be held.
Dec 12, 2011 - Dec 16, 2011	Final Exams Final exams will be held at CEA and JCU.
Jan 16, 2012	Classes Begin Classes begin at CEA and JCU on this day.
Jan 20, 2012	Change of Course Petition Deadline This is the last day on which to file a Change of Course Petition at the CEA GlobalCampus: Rome.
Jan 20, 2012	Drop/Add Deadline This is the last day to drop and/or add classes at JCU.
Feb 03, 2012	Make-Up Class Make up day at CEA and JCU for the April 9th holiday.
Feb 10, 2012	Course Withdrawal Deadline This is the last day on which students can withdraw from a course at the CEA GlobalCampus:Rome and receive a "W".
Mar 09, 2012	Make-Up Class Make up day at CEA and JCU for the April 25th holiday.
Mar 19, 2012 - Mar 23, 2012	School Break CEA and JCU are closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
Apr 09, 2012	Holiday Easter Monday. No classes will be held.
Apr 23, 2012 - Apr 27, 2012	Final Exams Final exams will be held at CEA Rome.
Apr 25, 2012	Holiday Italian Liberation Day. No classes will be held.
Apr 28, 2012 - May 04, 2012	Final Exams Final exams will be held at JCU.
May 04, 2012	Classes End This is the last day of classes at JCU.
May 05, 2012	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
