Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jul 10, 2008	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Port Elizabeth (PLZ) Airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jul 11, 2008 - Jul 18, 2008	Orientation Mandatory CEA/NMMU Orientation will be held. The first component of the orientation will be held offsite and will provide students with the opportunity to explore some of South Africa's natural beauty while also getting to know one another.
Jul 21, 2008	Classes Begin Classes begin at NMMU on this day.
Oct 31, 2008	Classes End This is the last day of classes at NMMU.
Nov 04, 2008 - Nov 22, 2008	Final Exams Final exams will be held during this period. Students who have completed their exams early will be able to depart prior to the official program end date.
Nov 23, 2008	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
