Below is a basic itinerary for this program. A detailed itinerary will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Feb 06, 2009	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Alicante Airport (ALC) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to a hotel in Alicante.
Feb 07, 2009	Orientation Mandatory CEA / University of Alicante Orientation will be held.
Feb 08, 2009	Transfer Students will be transferred to their assigned housing.
Feb 09, 2009	Classes Begin Classes for the Spanish Language Studies Program begin at the University of Alicante on this day.
Mar 19, 2009	Holiday San José Day. No classes will be held.
Apr 06, 2009 - Apr 24, 2009	School Break School is closed for Spring Break. No classes will be held.
May 01, 2009	Holiday Worker's Day. No classes will be held.
May 22, 2009	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the University of Alicante.
May 23, 2009	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
