Students arriving before 6 p.m. on the start date of their program will be greeted at the Alicante International Airport (ALC) by a friendly CEA representative. Students typically will spend the first night in a local hotel before being taken to their CEA housing.

CEA offers an in-depth welcome orientation for the students in your program. CEA staff host a reception, where you'll meet your group, as well as go over what you need to know about living in Alicante and attending the University of Alicante. Topics will cover a variety of subjects including:

- Local customs
- Extracurricular activities
- CEA policies
- Health and safety information
CEA Global Education takes care of administrative and registration processes, as well as payment of tuition fees, at the academic institution in Alicante on behalf of students.

Our Alicante staff resides and works locally in Alicante. They'll meet you at the airport, provide you with valuable information about the city and guide you through acclimating to your new and exciting surroundings.

Based on availability, you may choose from diverse housing arrangements, allowing you to experience “living like a local” in Alicante. All housing offers you a private room and Internet connection. The majority of apartments and homestays are located in the city center and are close to buses that regularly run to and from the university. Conversely, the residence hall is located near campus and a short bus ride from the city center.

Once you complete your CEA program, you will receive one official transcript from your academic institution in Alicante as a part of your program price.
