Jun 27, 2008	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Barcelona El Prat International Airport (BCN) on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the Hotel Alimara.
Jun 28, 2008	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Jun 29, 2008	Transfer Students will be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jun 30, 2008	Placement Exam Placement Exam for the University of Barcelona (UB) will be held on this day.
Jul 01, 2008	Classes Begin Classes begin at UB on this day.
Jul 04, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to Dalí Museum and Ampurias.
Jul 18, 2008 - Jul 20, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to Madrid.
Jul 24, 2008	Classes End This is the last day of classes at UB.
Jul 25, 2008	Farewell Reception CEA Farewell Reception will be held.
Jul 25, 2008	Final Exams Final exams will be held.
Jul 26, 2008	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
