Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Aug 31, 2010	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Barcelona El Prat airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to arrival hotel.
Sep 01, 2010	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Sep 02, 2010	Transfer Students will be transferred to their assigned housing.
Sep 03, 2010	Orientation Mandatory UAB (Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona) Orientation will be held.
Sep 06, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at CEA Barcelona Global Campus on this day.
Sep 06, 2010	Classes Begin Classes begin at the UAB on this day.
Oct 12, 2010	Holiday Dia de la Hispanidad bank holiday. No classes will be held.
Dec 06, 2010	Holiday Dia de la Constitucion bank holiday. No classes will be held.
Dec 08, 2010	Holiday Dia de la Inmaculada bank holiday. No classes will be held.
Dec 13, 2010 - Dec 16, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at the CEA Barcelona Global Campus.
Dec 15, 2010 - Dec 16, 2010	Final Exams Final exams will be held at the UAB.
Dec 16, 2010	Classes End This is the last day of classes at the CEA Barcelona Global Campus and at the UAB.
Dec 18, 2010	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
