Sep 01, 2011	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the BCN airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
Sep 02, 2011	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Sep 02, 2011	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held at local hotel after a guided tour around the city.
Sep 05, 2011	Classes Begin Classes begin at CEA on this day.
Sep 16, 2011 - Sep 18, 2011	Excursion CEA Excursion to the Pyrenees.
Oct 07, 2011	Excursion CEA Excursion to Dalí Museum and Girona.
Oct 12, 2011	Holiday Spanish National Day. No classes will be held.
Oct 28, 2011	Excursion CEA Excursion to Tarragona and wine celler.
Nov 01, 2011	Holiday All Saints Day. No classes will be held.
Nov 11, 2011 - Nov 13, 2011	Excursion CEA Excursion to Valencia.
Nov 18, 2011 - Nov 20, 2011	Excursion CEA Excursion to Valencia.
Nov 25, 2011 - Nov 27, 2011	Excursion CEA Excursion to Valencia.
Dec 06, 2011	Holiday Spanish Constitution Day. No classes will be held.
Dec 07, 2011	Reading Day No classes will be held at the Global Campus on this day.
Dec 08, 2011	Holiday Immaculate Conception. No classes will be held.
Dec 14, 2011 - Dec 15, 2011	Final Exams Final exams will be held at CEA Global Campus.
Dec 15, 2011	Farewell Reception CEA Farewell Reception will be held at local hotel.
Dec 16, 2011	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
