Below is a basic itinerary for this program. A detailed itinerary will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Jan 04, 2009	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Madrid Barajas Airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the hotel.
Jan 04, 2009	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held.
Jan 05, 2009	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Jan 05, 2009	Transfer Students will be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jan 06, 2009	Holiday Epifania del Señor. Spanish Holiday. No classes will be held.
Jan 07, 2009	Orientation Mandatory Antonio de Nebrija University Orientation will be held.
Jan 07, 2009	Placement Exam Placement Exam for Antonio de Nebrija University will be held on this day.
Jan 08, 2009	Classes Begin Classes begin at Antonio de Nebrija University on this day.
Mar 19, 2009	Holiday San Jose. Spanish Holiday. No classes will be held.
Apr 04, 2009 - Apr 13, 2009	Holiday Easter Holidays. No classes will be held.
May 01, 2009	Holiday Dia de la Constitucion. Spanish Holiday. No classes will be held.
May 15, 2009	Holiday San Isidro. Madrid Holiday. No classes will be held.
May 28, 2009	Classes End This is the last day of classes at Antonio de Nebrija University.
May 29, 2009	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
