Below is a basic itinerary for this program. A detailed itinerary will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Aug 29, 2008	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Madrid Barajas Airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the hotel.
Aug 29, 2008	Welcome Reception CEA Welcome Reception will be held.
Aug 30, 2008	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Aug 30, 2008	Transfer Students will be transferred to their assigned housing.
Sep 01, 2008	Placement Exam Placement Exam for Madrid GlobalCampus will be held on this day.
Sep 02, 2008	Classes Begin Classes begin at Madrid GlobalCampus on this day.
Sep 09, 2008	Holiday Dia de Santa Maria de la Cabeza. Madrid Holiday. No classes will be held.
Oct 10, 2008	Immersion Activity Visit to Prado Museum.
Oct 11, 2008 - Oct 12, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to CUENCA.
Oct 25, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to SEGOVIA.
Nov 06, 2008	Immersion Activity Tapas Dinner and Flamenco Show.
Nov 14, 2008	Immersion Activity Visit to Royal Palace.
Nov 15, 2008 - Nov 16, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to SEVILLA.
Nov 20, 2008	Immersion Activity Thanksgiving Dinner
Nov 29, 2008	Excursion CEA Excursion to TOLEDO.
Dec 08, 2008	Holiday Dia de la Inmaculada Concepcion. Spanish Holiday. No classes will be held.
Dec 17, 2008	Farewell Reception CEA Farewell Reception will be held.
Dec 19, 2008	Classes End This is the last day of classes at Madrid GlobalCampus.
Dec 20, 2008	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
