Take the oppurtunity to travel, its the best use of your money -be prepared for the fast paced lifestyle of the big city, that includes rude people -you are going to eat fried food, and a lot of it. if you are on a diet, good luck -talk to the forigners at your school, you learn a lot from them -your onsite staff is your best resource, use them -dont be afraid to try new things, including food -speak spanish as much as you can, even taxi drivers can help -keep in touch with your family and friends, they miss you while you are having all the fun -the exchange rate is horrible, be prepared -have fun! only you can make it the most unforgetable experience"
