Below is a basic calendar for this program. A detailed calendar will be provided to students upon arrival. Please note, dates are subject to change with no prior notification. Contact CEA prior to purchasing airline tickets.

Dates	Events
Jan 21, 2011	Arrival/Program Begins Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Seville airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to the hotel.
Jan 22, 2011	Orientation Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.
Jan 22, 2011	Transfer Students will be transferred to their assigned housing.
Jan 24, 2011	Placement Exam Placement Exam for UPO will be held on this day.
Jan 25, 2011	Orientation Mandatory UPO Orientation will be held.
Jan 26, 2011	Classes Begin Classes begin at UPO and CEA GC on this day.
Feb 11, 2011	Excursion CEA Daytrip.
Feb 24, 2011	Holiday UPO Holiday. No classes will be held at UPO or CEA GC.
Feb 28, 2011	Holiday Día de Andalucía. No classes will be held at UPO or CEA GC.
Mar 04, 2011 - Mar 05, 2011	Excursion CEA Overnight Excursion.
Mar 25, 2011	Excursion CEA Daytrip.
Apr 08, 2011 - Apr 09, 2011	Excursion CEA Overnight Excursion.
Apr 18, 2011 - Apr 22, 2011	School Break No classes will be held at UPO or CEA GC during Semana Santa Break.
May 02, 2011 - May 06, 2011	School Break No classes will be held at UPO or CEA GC during Feria Break.
May 20, 2011	Classes End This is the last day of classes at UPO or CEA GC.
May 21, 2011	Program Ends/Move-Out Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than this day.
