CEA’s Official Response in regards to the scheduled running of the Summer 2009 and Fall 2009 Guadalajara, Mexico programs
Based on the fact that Mexican officials have lowered the public alert against the virus and are allowing most of the nation’s businesses, universities and secondary schools to re-open on May 7th, it is a clear sign that the situation in Mexico is returning to normal. For this reason, CEA will continue to run its Summer 09 and Fall 09 programs in Guadalajara, Mexico.
CEA’s main goal is to ensure the Health, Safety & Security of all of our students and continues to receive and monitor information from a number of sources including the CEA office in Guadalajara, Mexico and several key U.S. governmental and international agencies including the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization(WHO) and the U.S. Department of State. As more information becomes available, CEA will notify all students.
